This application is an AI-powered marketing tool that allows you to generate content, analyze data, and optimize marketing strategies.

v0.8.0 status:

the application is in v0.8.0 stage of development. This means it may contain errors, be subject to significant changes without prior notice, and continuous availability or absence of interruptions is not guaranteed. The service is provided "as is" and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

To use the application you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Use the application for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Attempt to access restricted areas of the system.
• Interfere with the security or performance of the application.

Content generated by the application belongs to you. However, the application itself, its code, design, and functionality are the property of the controller and are protected by intellectual property laws.

The controller shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the application. The service is provided without warranty of continuous availability or error-free operation.

You may cancel your account at any time. The controller reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice.

In case of cancellation, benefits acquired through donation will be maintained until the end of the contracted period (30 days from the date of donation).

The application accepts voluntary donations from users. By making a donation, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• Donations are voluntary and do not constitute the purchase of a product or service subject to consumer protection laws.
• Donations are not subject to refund or reimbursement under any circumstances.
• In exchange for your donation, you will receive access to additional features for 30 days, including unlimited workspaces and early access to new features.
• Since the application is in v0.8.0 stage, uninterrupted operation or availability of promised features is not guaranteed.
• The controller is not registered as a company nor has initiated formal commercial activities, so donations are made as personal support for the project's development.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of the city of Santiago.
